TP Customs LLC handles powder coating fully in-house at our shop in Saint Paris, Ohio. We run a 4x8 cure oven and do our own sandblasting on site, so every job goes through our process — not shipped off to a third party and back.
We coat everything from individual brackets and radius arms to axle housings and complete suspension setups, in any color you want. The one thing that won't fit our oven is a full frame — everything else is fair game. The finish is thick, even, and properly cured — you'll notice the difference compared to a rattle can or a budget coat job.

Powder Coating FAQ
What parts can you powder coat?
We coat suspension arms, radius bars, axle housings, brackets, wheels, crossmembers, and most metal parts that fit our 4x8 oven — any color you want.
How durable is powder coating vs. spray paint?
Significantly more durable. Powder coat is electrostatically applied and heat-cured, creating a hard, thick finish that resists chipping, rust, and corrosion far better than conventional paint.
Can you powder coat an entire frame?
Not a full frame — our 4x8 oven can't fit a complete frame. We can coat everything else off a frame-off build though: suspension, axles, brackets, crossmembers, all of it.
Do you sandblast parts before coating?
Yes, sandblasting is done in-house as part of our prep process, so parts are properly cleaned and ready before they go in the oven.
Can you color match?
We carry a wide range of powder coat colors and can custom order to match. Talk to us about your project and we'll work out the color details.
How much does powder coating cost?
